Casings and core barrels
CJSC “Mining technologies» offers casing and barrel cores for exploratory drilling and nipples to them, and also casing with couplings, manufactured at their own production in accordance with the quality regulations and standards. The products get the quality confirmation, including certificates of the International quality management system ISO. The delivery is executed to the customer's company. It is up to you to choose the transport company.

Technical features
The casing and barrel cores for exploratory drilling and nipples to them should meet the requirements of GOST 6238-77 standard. The casing and barrel cores can be without nipple (“core to core” joint) and with nipple (they are joined with the help of nipple and are equipped with an outer thread on both ends). The thread of cores and nipples can be of right and left type. The barrel cores are manufactured only with the right thread.
The thread of articles should be smooth, without defects, which affect its continuity and strength. Only the traces from the thread-cutting tool are acceptable. The centerlines of threads at the ends of nipples should coincide. Decline from alignment should not exceed 0.6 mm.
Manufacture
The barrel cores are manufactured with diameter of 25-108 mm, the casing of nipple-joint – with diameter of 73-146 mm.
The casing and barrel cores can be manufactured with the length of from 0,5 to 6 m.
The surface of the products should contain no cracks and other defects, except for the insignificant ones, which don’t bring the wall thickness outside the minus declines. The cores themselves, and nipples are manufactured from steel with strength grades D, К and M. The mass fraction of sulphur and phosphorus in this case should be more than 0,045% of each chemical element.
The manufacturing of casing of different sizes and couplings to them is regulated with GOST 632-80 standard. The casing is released with length of from 9.5 to 13 meters. The coupling is screwed and fixed on the one end of casing; the thread on the other end is protected with the drill-pipe protector.
Application
The casing and barrel cores are used for:
- exploratory drilling,
- mineral and water exploration,
- geotechnical surveys,
- construction.
The barrel cores serve for core input and output; they also keep the set direction of the well shaft by drilling. The barrel cores prevent the well shaft from destruction in unstable grounds and ensure its isolation.
Payment and delivery
When arranging the order we conclude the contract for payment and delivery, where we stipulate the following:
- term of the batch manufacture,
- way of delivery.
We submit the settlement account, according to which the customer pays for the order.
After the funds reach the settlement account, the manufacture is launched and the product batch is manufactured, which is delivered to the customer through the transport company.
The approximate term of manufacture — 30 days, the exact term is defined by the scope and complexity of the order manufacture.
The order is delivered in a sea container. The customer selects the transport company. The delivery term is established by the forwarder.
